The Extra line from Nording is made of the best briar. It is a well balanced partial rusticated pipe with a beautiful acrylic stem and shank end combination. Chamber is 1.81 deep by.

Beautiful Unsmoked Stanwell Harlekin Acrylic Stem System Tobacco Pipe With Convex barrel Briar Bowl 1990s Denmark. Stanwell Made these Harlekin as a very limited series in the 90s, Similar to a Metal radiator pipe, but the stem/body is Acrylic. This particular model Features a Semi Translucent Amber & Cream swirled Iridescent Acrylic stem, A Smooth Conical Dublin Briar Bowl that’s finished in a Contrasting Chestnut stain with Gorgeous Flame Grain, and a Black Acrylic stem with Brass accent ring. The Stem can accommodate a 9mm Filter, however I’ve included a New Removable Reducer insert as well as the original Stanwell charcoal filter. New Box of 10 Activated Charcoal filters + Original Stanwell charcoal filter. New black pipe sleeve is included. Overall length: 4 3/4. Bowl height: 1 5/8. Bowl width: 1 7/8. Filter: 9mm or None With included New removable Reducer insert. Weight: 1.46 oz. Handmade in Denmark &####127465;&####127472. I have Several of these with different colored Acrylic stems with different shaped Briar Bowls in various finishes.

The Silver line from Nording is a well balanced smooth polished finish pipe with a beautiful acrylic stem and hammered sterling band combination. It fits in the hand perfectly and provides thick walls around the chamber. Chamber is 1 3/4″ deep by 3/4″ across.

Many different varieties of bowl shapes highlight this well made line of pipes with a smooth finish and no two are alike. Signed by the Master himself these pipes are available in a natural unfinished style. Erik Nording Pipes A collection of one of a kind handmade briar pipes from the world famous Erik Nørding of Denmark. These great Danish briars are comfortable and smoke beautifully! Many different finishes highlight this well made line of pipes and no two are alike. Nording was born in Denmark and originally educated in engineering. Pipe carving only began as a hobby but as time went by, he became more interested in it as a profession. During the last 40 years he has built his own business, which produces approximately 50,000 pipes a year. Erik Nording has been called the “Ernest Hemingway of pipes” because he’s an avid sportsman and has a huge collection of hunting trophies; everything from a grizzly bear to a tiger shark. As an homage to these animals, Nording releases a Hunter Series every year. Free-hands are given their basic shape on a fraising machine. The stems are all hand cut, though they are made in an assembly line style, thousands at a time, to save production costs. After they are roughed out, freehands are given individual shapes on sanding disks, then finished in a variety of colors and fitted with vulcanite stems. All pipes are handmade in Denmark.
