The limited edition “Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Commemorative Pipe 2022″ was specially created in memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and to commemorate her achievement of celebrating her 70th Platinum Jubilee in 2022. The name of the shape chosen for this limited edition piece has deep ties to the British royal family. Alfred Dunhill received his first royal warrant as a tobacconist from Prince Edward, uncle of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. He later named the old shape? 314 “Prince” in honor of the Prince, who later abdicated as King Edward VIII. This limited edition pipe (3407) has a 950 platinum ring engraved “THE QUEEN’S PLATINUM JUBILEE 2022″ and a special platinum jubilee engraving in addition to the usual hallmarking by the London Assay Office. The pipe pouch is made of royal blue leather with the Platinum Jubilee logo engraved. A certificate of authenticity with serial number and autograph is included.
