This pipe is made of aircraft grade 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and inlaid with Black Malachite stone on the outside of the highly polished aluminum bowl and shank and also inlaid with Marine Brass to form its beautiful design. The wooden bowl insert is made of New York State Eastern Hard Rock Maple. The mouthpiece is a beautiful high quality saddle bit mouthpiece made of Ebonite. A very unique and one-of-a-kind design, this pipe has two separate smoke chambers designed for an incredible cool, dry smoke. The smoke chamber on the bottom of the bowl is equipped with custom balsa wood disc filters and has a brass six port smoke injector that leads the smoke to the chamber in the shank. The shank is also equipped to handle 9mm filters for a double chamber cooling and filtering system. This pipe can be used with or without the filters installed. It’s an incredible work of enginering, machining and craftsmanship. He OD of the aluminum bowl is 1 3/8″ at the base and 1 1/8″ at the top of the bowl. Overall height of the pipe is 2 5/8″ tall and 5 3/4″ length. State Eastern Hard Rock Maple wood bowl is 1″ OD and 3/4″ ID and the depth of the bowl is 1 1/16 deep. The saddle bit is 3″ long and the shank is 7/8″ long. Total weight of the pipe is 4.43 oz. A little information about the black malachite stone that has been inlaid in this pipe. Is a stone of balance, abundance, manifestation and intention. Is often called the stone of transformation and is used for deep energy cleansing, bringing healing and positive transformation to the person who uses it. This pipe is all handmade using my old vintage lathes and mills from the 1930’s and 1940’s. There is no modern day CNC machine or automated equipment used in the making of any of my pipes. There is an incredible number of hours and craftsmanship that go into the making of my pipes and the workmanship is of the highest quality.
