This smoking pipe was handcrafted using vintage Italian Briarwood in the bowl and mouthpiece. The centerpiece, and inlayed in to the cap, is hand turned. Commonly known as P. Species native to Mexico, Central and South America. The artisan’s goal in crafting this smoking pipe was to create a unique conversation piece that also allows for a contaminant free, smooth drawing smoke. The design is based on using the number one wood for smoking, Briarwood, and integrating a heavy duty Pyrex glass core in the draft. The pipe’s dimensions are. Length: 6.0 inches. Bowl Height: 1.5 inches. As with any art that contains glass, even the heavy duty, thick walled, borosilicate Pyrex that we use, should be treated with caution and care. Hand Made Briar And Deer Antler Tobacco Pipe With Matching Stand And Tamper. This one is awesome! Hand made by yours truly. Hand carved Italian briar bowl, that has been partially rusticated, with a bit of live edge on the bottom corner, and a through hole to retain the matching bowl cap. Real deer antler stem that is topped off with a hand carved iron wood mouth piece. Stem is removeable, fit to the bowl utilizing a stainless steel tenon. The attached bowl cap is cut from the same set of antlers that the stem was. As are the forked stand and tamper, which were also custom made for this pipe by myself. The stem also dons the original 1942 Michigan Resident Deer Tag! The bottom of the pipe is stamped “006” being the 6th one of a kind pipe I have produced, and also has my makers mark “IVXVI”. This is no display piece, though it will look great anywhere you decide to showcase it. This pipe was made to smoke! With the thick walls and ample bowl size you will be sure to enjoy many a long cool smoke relaxing on the porch, next to the fire, wherever you decide to unwind and enjoy your favorite blend. Just know, this 1 of 1 piece will not only look and smoke amazing, it will also make you the envy of all your pipe smoking companions.
