This one is a Antique New England American Hanging Pipe or candle Box W/Hinged Lid. The box is 18 1/2″ tall and the actual box is 13″ tall and 5 wide and I believe its made of Walnut wood and in really good shaped for its age and the only issue i found was the bottom is glued on so it probably came off at some point and was reattached and some cracks on one side at the the bottom corner (see last photo). This is probably one of the nicest ones I have ever found and I will also be listing a early hanging slide top candle box from the same estate.
